Who is Sara Carbonero?
On February 3, 1984, Sara Carbonero was born in Toledo, Spain’s easternmost region. She went to Madrid to pursue a journalism degree, and in her final year, she was able to gain an internship with Radio Marca.
After earning her degree, Sara Carbonero started working full-time. Soon after, she began working for Telecinco, where she spent the following 15 years hosting a variety of sporting shows before meeting Iker Casillas, a former goalkeeper for Real Madrid and Spain, in 2009.

When Iker Casillas joined the Portuguese team, Porto, in July 2015, Sara Carbonero’s loyalty to her ex-husband compelled her to leave Spain. But that doesn’t imply her professional achievements ended there.
With the help of two of her friends, Sara Carbonero chose a different path and founded the clothing line Fast Love, which marketed accessories and cosmetics in addition to apparel.
Sara Carbonero made a comeback to the media in July 2016 when she joined Telecnico as the anchor of the fashion TV programme “Quiero Ser,” which translates to “I Want To Be.”
Iker Casillas and Sara Carbonero wed on March 30, 2016, after spending six years together. In Boadilla del Monte, a neighbourhood of Madrid, they were married. Prior to their nuptials, Sara gave birth to their first son in 2014. In 2016, the year they were newlyweds, they then welcomed their second son, Lucas.
